I have always found Dr.McGettigan to be kind, caring,friendly and both professional and helpful and would happily recommend her,although due to her popularity it can be a little difficult to get an appointment sometimes. I believe this is a prime representation of just how good she is.

Doctor Helen is a very kind and caring doctor. She actually listens to what I am saying and is spot on with the diagnosis. She refers on promptly to consultants at QEQMH / KCH when necessary. Her after care is superb. I would highly recommend Dr Helen. But please not too many as it is very difficult to get an appointment to see her. We need more G.P's of Dr Helens calibre.

Recently our Northdown Surgery has undertaken some changes, Dr. J Ryder & Dr. C Martin having retired. Dr Helen McGettigan is now our practitioner, she has been a most able replacement, lovely bedside manner, nothing is too much trouble & continues with her tasks on my behalf with utmost diligence. Rarely in my existence have I been treated so professionally, Dr.H McGettigan is a credit to her profession.

Dr. McGettigan is a very good listener and takes great care to answer all your questions, time is no great issue. She acts immediately on any problems you may have, myself I have needed urgent attention just recently and this was all carried out very efficiently resulting with appointments at the QEQM hospital for X-rays. This was followed by a referral to the Queen Victoria hospital at Herne Bay for an urgent appointment to see a consultant as no appointments were available at the QEQM in Margate. All round attention by Dr McGettingan is second to none.
